A $46.2 million renovation of Clemson University’s Manning Hall recently wrapped up.
The 11-story renovated residential hall features 110,000 square feet of student housing with 432 beds and 8,000 square feet of amenity space. Modern amenities were added to Manning Hall along with enhanced security features, improved accessibility and updated interiors.
Atlanta-based Juneau Construction Company announced the completion of the project on Aug. 8.
