LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — A Lancaster man charged with physically and sexually assaulting a woman in his home has waived his preliminary hearing, according to the Lancaster County District Attorney’s Office.
Jose Antonio Pitre, 29, waived his preliminary hearing on July 29 on charges of rape, sexual assault, aggravated assault, strangulation and simple assault stemming from an assault on June 25.
