Longest-serving criminal court judge in Nashville history has died

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) – Judge J. Randall Wyatt, Jr., the longest-serving criminal court judge in Nashville history, has died, according to his son.

Judge Wyatt retired after 35 years on the bench in 2017.

Two years later, his portrait was unveiled at the Justice A.A. Birch Building in front of family, friends, and colleagues.
