Brooke Tatnell wheels TKS Motorsports through Knoxville Nationals; Ogilvie and Jackson on the upcoming agenda

MITCHELLVILLE, Iowa (August 11, 2025) – It was a hard-fought four days at the Sprint Car Capital of the World, and although his tenure at TKS Motorsports has been short, filling in for the injured Ian Madsen, open wheel legend Brooke Tatnell did his best to keep the team in contention, ultimately closing out the 64th running of the Knoxville Nationals with a Saturday C-Main start – a feat of its own.

“We want to thank Brooke (Tatnell) for stepping in for us. He’s a true legend of our sport and to have him represent our team at the Knoxville Nationals is pretty special, no matter the end result,” Troy Renfro, owner of the TKS Motorsports, Iowa Barnstormers, Des Moines Industrial Products, Webb Family Farms, Landus, Jersey Freeze Ice Cream, No. 2KS sprint car, said. “He’s a talented wheel man with a lot of laps around Knoxville Raceway, so we were able to learn a lot from each other.”
