ROCKFORD, Ill. (WIFR) – To make sure kids start the school year off on the right foot, Ken-Rock Community Center invited families for a back-to-school bash Monday.
Local vendors and organizations pulled resources together to donate backpacks and school supplies to help students get ready for the new school year.
