PCSD said the suspect is still barricaded in his apartment. They said this is a domestic-violence related situation. They are still not letting people who were evacuated from the complex back in. People are also being blocked from going into the complex.
KGUN9 News reporter Andrew Christiansen talked with one person who lives there who said she was evacuated around 3:30 this afternoon. Some of the areas of the complex, she said, were blocked off to people living there. She also said she saw heavily armed deputies walking by her apartment unit.
