GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) — A woman charged with felony murder for an arson fire that killed her 12-year-old daughter remains incompetent to stand trial.
Roconda Singleton is currently undergoing treatment at a state hospital in Southeast Michigan.
She faces five felony charges stemming from a Jan. 25 fire at her Grand Rapids home that resulted in the death of her daughter, Shamiya Stewart.
