LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — Estrelita Soliman-Ramos had been living in the United States for the last 25 years. She entered the country legally, using a B-2 tourist visa, but when the visa expired on March 4, 2000, she stayed in the country.
ICE officials told CBS 21 that Soliman-Ramos had a criminal history that included two arrests for theft. In late July, she was pulled over for driving without a license and improperly restraining a child. In August 4, Soliman-Ramos reported to the York ERO, where she was detained. She has since been held at the detention facility in Clinton County.
