Homeless man arrested again for desecrating graves at Magnolia Cemetery

For the second year in a row, a homeless Baton Rouge man was arrested for breaking into Magnolia Cemetery, getting inside a mausoleum and leaving litter around the grounds.

Michael Dubroc, 43, was found by Baton Rouge police officers Thursday morning in a mausoleum after the officers noticed litter.
