An 18-year-old woman who’s considered endangered and vulnerable is missing from St. Paul’s East Midway neighborhood.
Amberlin Heywood was last seen Aug. 5 around 2:30 a.m. in the area of Englewood Avenue between Oxford Street North and Lexington Parkway North, according to the St. Paul Police Department.
