I-70 westbound reopened at Loveland Pass after vehicle fire

DENVER (KDVR) — The westbound lanes of Interstate 70 were closed Tuesday morning at U.S. 6 Loveland Pass due to a reported vehicle fire, according to the Colorado State Patrol and Colorado Department of Transportation.

CSP in an X post Tuesday morning said the westbound side were closed “for an extended period,” and COtrip reports the closure is due to a vehicle fire. The road has since reopened, according to CDOT.
