CLEVELAND (WJW) — Yet another defendant in a criminal case related to violent street takeovers last fall that blocked intersections and held up emergency vehicles has met justice.
Noah S. Painting, 21, of Brunswick, was indicted in January on felony counts of aggravated riot and disrupting public services and misdemeanor counts of riot and disorderly conduct, Cuyahoga County court records show.
