(WJET/WFXP) – An upcoming event will soon limit access to one local pier.
The Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources (DCNR) and Presque Isle State Park officials released a statement regarding access to the North Pier during the 2025 Tall Ships Erie Parade of Sail.

According to officials, vehicle traffic to certain sections of the North Pier will be restricted on Thursday, August 21, due to construction being done by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE).
