HARRISBURG, Pa. — Harrisburg Police arrested a man in connection to a shooting at Tent City in the beginning of July.
According to court documents, Joshian Pacheco-Ferrer, 34, was charged with aggravated assault, possession of firearm prohibited and recklessly endangering another person.
