Lady’s Island, S.C. (WSAV) — One Lady’s Island couple has had it up to their knees in water and in frustrations and told WSAV they have been dealing with a flooded yard for years and believe the county and state aren’t fixing the problem.
Without seeing the house or shed on the property, some could assume the Lady’s Island property, owned by Mark Presnell and Carol White, is a pond or natural run-off.
