HONOLULU (Island News) — A man is facing multiple charges after allegedly recording a man in a bathroom stall in addition to several other invasive acts on Oahu.
Donovan Ranon, 21, was initially arrested in February, accused of using a recording device in a closed bathroom stall in Moanalua while the victim, a 19-year-old man, was undressed. He was taken into custody for first-degree violation of privacy.
A grand jury later indicted Ranon on seven more counts after additional victims came forward…
