More than 100 evacuated amid significant flooding in Catoosa County Tuesday night

FORT OGLETHORPE, Ga. — Significant flooding forced more than a hundred Catoosa County residents to evacuate their homes late Tuesday after severe storms unleashed several inches of rain.

Swift water teams managed to rescue about 115 people from two apartment complexes in Fort Oglethorpe, according to a release from Catoosa County Government.
