DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — A Dauphin County family is crediting their neighbor, Abrianna Osorio, for saving their lives after a fire broke out at their home. The Snell family, still shaken by the incident, recalls the terrifying night that could have ended in tragedy.
“If it hit that propane gas tank it would have blew up half the house with us in it,” said Jason Snell, a father of two, vividly remembering the moments when their lives flashed before their eyes. The family of four was unaware their home was on fire until Osorio intervened.
Osorio, who was driving home, noticed the fire on the side of the Snell’s home and immediately called 911, realizing the potential danger. “Once I saw the cars and the two bikes in front of the door, all I could think about is the family inside. I banged and banged until someone opened that door. I told them there’s a fire, ‘Come on we have to leave now, run.’ The fire was getting closer to me. I was just so scared,” said Osorio…
