READING, Pa. – Reading City Council voted to reallocate almost a million dollars in funding to a project to improve the Oakbrook playground and athletic field at 1001 Scott St.
Specifically, $990,250 in Community Development Block Grant funds will be reallocated because of the cancellation of the 2024 and 2025 sidewalk improvement projects.
