YONKERS — A 28-year-old Yonkers man has been charged with murder in connection with an overnight shooting that left a 41-year-old man dead.
Xavier Palmer was arrested and charged with second-degree murder and second-degree criminal possession of a weapon, both felonies, according to the Yonkers Police Department.
