SHOREWOOD HILLS, Wis. — A Madison man was arrested Tuesday afternoon for allegedly breaking into a vehicle by using a large rock, the Shorewood Hills Police Department said.
Shorewood Hills police responded to the 3500 block of University Avenue after someone reported a man attempted to break into a vehicle.
