MASSAC COUNTY, Ill. — A homeless St. Louis man wanted on multiple warrants was apprehended by Illinois law enforcement agencies on August 7.
According to Metropolis PD, while Police Chief Harry Masse was returning from a meeting in Paducah, he was passed on the left shoulder of I-24 at milepost 2.5 by a black Ford Mustang at a high rate of speed.
