BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — Stopped in a stolen pickup three years ago, Destiny Delacruz told police she had “dope” on her.
Delacruz, who would have been about 23 at the time, said she’d been using methamphetamine since she was 18, according to a police report obtained by 17 News.
