New age-progressed Summer Wells picture released by Tennessee authorities

HAWKINS COUNTY, Tenn. (WJHL) — The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI) has released a new age progression photo of missing Hawkins County child Summer Wells.

On Wednesday, the TBI posted the new photo, which was created by a forensic artist with the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. The photo reportedly represents what Summer would look like in the present.

“We continue to pursue any and all leads in the case,” the TBI stated. “Anyone with information regarding the disappearance of Summer Wells is asked to call the TBI at 1-800-TBI-FIND.”

In June 2023, the TBI released its first age-progressed photo of Summer.
