According to the department’s official news release, Byerrah was last seen in the early morning at 2:47 am today, near the 2400 block of Jefferson St.

Holder is described as being approximately 5’9” tall, weighing 114 lbs., with a medium build. She has hazel eyes and blonde hair and was last seen wearing a white tank top, black shorts, and black Nike shoes.
