(FOX40.COM) — A juvenile suspect was arrested Monday by Folsom Police after vandalizing a moving Tesla at the Palladio last week, the Folsom Police Department reported.
Police officers responded to a vandalism report of a juvenile suspect who threw an object at the windshield of the vehicle, which was driving through the parking garage on August 4, Folsom police said.
