TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – Lucas County Commissioners approved more than $400,000 in window repairs and replacements for a building where no one works.
It’s the former home of Lucas County Children Services and the Mental Health Board in downtown Toledo. But everyone has now moved out, even as expensive window repairs are on the way.
The county is actively trying to unload the 11-story building at 701 Adams, and it looks like the new owner will have some new windows…
