Work is underway to breathe some new life into an iconic Palm Beach landmark.
Crews have applied coats of stucco to the outside of the Palm Beach Main Post Office at 95 N. County Road on Aug. 6, part of a larger renovation, confirmed The Breakers Palm Beach resort, which owns the building.
The Breakers paid a recorded $28 million for the property in a sale that closed in December of 2024, according to Palm Beach County records. The previous owner, billionaire Palm Beach resident and developer Jeff Greene, used the building as office space.
