AUSTIN, Texas — The Austin Police Department (APD) is warning the community of scam calls going around.
Police said several instances have been reported of callers claiming to be from APD or with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), telling people they have fraudulent charges or issues with their immigration status.
