Arlington’s residents are being called to lend their voices to the future of N.L. Robinson Park, an 8.6-acre green space poised to bring community joys and gatherings at the corner of Pleasant Ridge Road and Park Springs Boulevard. Set for a development planning phase, the city government and the Parks and Recreation Department are extending an invitation to the public to contribute their opinions and ideas. According to the City of Arlington, a public meeting has been slated for August 28 at Cliff Nelson Recreation Center, where from 6:00-8:00 p.m., individuals can share feedback in a come-and-go format.
The need for public commentary arises as the park embarks on a development journey, with the design being shepherded by Freese and Nichols, Inc. since June 2025.
