Beignets & Brew, a New Orleans-inspired pastry concept founded in Florida, is expanding into Arkansas thanks to Chris Kramolis and Chris and Jason Alley, the team of restaurateurs that brought Rock N Roll Sushi to the state.
With the first location set to open mid-September at the former Tropical Smoothie Cafe location on Rebsamen Park Road in Little Rock, Chris Alley said the future of the brand in Arkansas is “nothing but sweetness.”
“Our tagline is ‘find your sweet spot,’ so we want to bring sweet treats across the whole state, and we want to do a lot of community engagement and be involved in the community as much as possible,” he said. “We’re going to bring a lot of sweet, fun, exciting products to the central Arkansas market that you really can’t get anywhere else.”
The concept will provide various flavors of beignets, as well as beignet sundaes, breakfast sandwiches, beignets and chicken, and more. The restaurants serve a proprietary blend of coffee, Bayou Brew, ground in-house, along with soda fizzers, herbal teas and black teas, all made in-house.
