VANCOUVER, Wash. (KATU) — The driver involved in a serious multi-vehicle crash on Mill Plain Boulevard last week has been identified as Matthew Haynes, 25, of Vancouver, according to the Clark County Medical Examiner’s Office.
The office confirmed that Haynes died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head, ruling the manner of death as suicide.
The crash happened on Aug. 6, when Haynes reportedly ran a red light, causing a collision that sent about 10 people to hospitals with injuries ranging from minor to severe, Vancouver police said…
