COLONIE — Traffic is backed up from Colonie to Troy after two cars collided on Route 7, State Police said.
The crash occurred at about 11:41 a.m. on Route 7 westbound near the Miller Road overpass, Trooper Stephanie O’Neil said. One person had minor injuries.
Traffic stalled after two lanes were subsequently closed, O’Neil said. The furthest right lane remains closed as police wait for a tow truck. The lane is expected to reopen soon, she said…
