AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) – The Augusta Downtown Development Authority has reported a net gain of 50 or more businesses every year since 2020 downtown.
But now almost a year from Hurricane Helene, a lot of storefronts remain empty on the most lively stretch of Broad Street.
