A man was shot to death inside a south Birmingham apartment in what police say was a domestic incident.
South Precinct officers responded about 9 p.m. Wednesday to a 911 call of a person shot in the 1100 block of Lakeshore Ridge, which is Lakeshore Ridge Apartments.
