HPD: French Bulldog stolen at gunpoint on North Campus Pkwy; suspects still sought

HAMPTON, Va. (WAVY) — Police with the Hampton Police Division are asking for the public’s assistance in locating two suspects accused of stealing a 2-year-old French Bulldog at gunpoint.

According to officials, on Wednesday around 5:30 p.m., police were notified of a robbery that occurred in the 2500 block of North Campus Parkway.

An initial investigation revealed that a vehicle with three men inside stopped by the victim, who was walking his 2-year-old French Bulldog at the time. One of the suspects then exited the vehicle, displayed his firearm and then took the dog, police said.
