Police are searching for a shooter who killed one person and critically injured another in the Bayview neighborhood Monday night.
San Francisco police officers were called around 10:30 p.m. to the 200 block of Harbor Road for a shooting report, but rerouted to the 2200 block of Cesar Chavez Street, the location of a vehicle involved in a shooting.
