SAVANNAH, Ga. (WSAV) — The Savannah Police Department (SPD) updated its Top 10 Most Wanted Fugitives List Thursday, with seven of the 10 suspects still at large.
The remaining suspects and their charges are as follows:
- Reginald Smalls – kidnapping, aggravated assault
- Ricktavis Gilliard – aggravated assault, aggravated stalking
- Elionaxy Castillo – battery DVA, cruelty to children
- Tomorian Frazier – possession of a firearm, aggravated assault
- Timmothy Patterson – rape, aggravated assault
- Hyshean Gibbs – possession of a firearm, burglary
- Nicholia Ashley – possession of a firearm, stalking
