Deputies arrested 29-year-old Amy Elizabeth Aguayo of Dumas Wednesday at 4:26pm on US 87 at mile marker 130 for driving while intoxicated with an open alcohol container. Joseph Joshua Elizalde, age 38 was arrest Wednesday at 12:26pm for violation of a parole violation.
