Green Bay man nicknamed ‘Uncle Fester’ pleads no contest to violating parole by contacting his daughter

WAUPACA, Wis. (WBAY) – Stephen Preisler, an alleged drug maker known as “Uncle Fester,” pleaded no contest to Felony Bail Jumping on Thursday.

Following the plea, a Waupaca County Court judge found him guilty of violating his parole conditions by coming into contact with his daughter.

In court Thursday, Preisler’s defense stated that Priesler’s daughter is homeless, and that he stopped to see her on the street to make sure she was alright. The two would then go to Waupaca County to visit a park where they used to hang out when she was younger…
