BOONE COUNTY, Ill. (WTVO) — A Belvidere man has been found guilty of driving drunk and killing a 16-year-old Harlem student.
A Boone County jury found Justin Lee, 24, guilty of two counts of aggravated driving under the influence of alcohol, causing death for an August 2024 crash.
