DONG Han, one of the defendants arrested during a July 1 drug raid at Smile Massage and Bar in Garapan, has signed a plea agreement and will plead guilty.
Assistant U.S. Attorney Albert Flores Jr. has requested the District Court for the NMI to schedule a change of plea hearing for Han.
