The former owner of a dog day care is facing additional animal cruelty charges.
Yvette Giovanni, 57, was arrested earlier this month after Saratoga County Sheriff’s deputies searched A Time Four Paws in Halfmoon. This followed a lengthy investigation into conditions at the facility.
