EAST RIDGE, Tenn. — After almost 7 inches of rain fell on Tuesday, East Ridge homeowners are facing the daunting task of recovery.
The Hamilton County Office of Emergency Management & Homeland Security, along with the Tennessee Emergency Management Agency (TEMA), have been actively helping affected folks by going door-to-door to help them begin the recovery process.
