Triangle residents now have access to another same-day delivery service for grocery items including meat, seafood, produce and frozen foods.
Operated by Amazon, the program is now available to people in more than 1,000 cities and towns nationwide, including in Raleigh, Durham and Wake Forest, Amazon told The News & Observer in an email.
“We’re continuously innovating to make grocery shopping simpler, faster and more affordable for our customers, especially Prime members,” Doug Herrington, CEO of Worldwide Amazon Stores, said in a news release. “By introducing fresh groceries into our Same-Day Delivery service, we’re creating a quick and easy experience for customers.”…
