YORK COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — The Dauphin County contractor who was the subject of a CBS 21 Investigates piece has pleaded guilty to criminal charges in York County of receiving advanced payment for services and failure to perform.
Merrill “Bud” Miller is the owner of HFDH LLC, and according to online court documents, Miller pleaded guilty to the charges on Aug. 8.
