JACKSON, Tenn. – Three Jackson police officers were honored for capturing a man accused of killing a Tennessee family of four and abandoning a baby, officials said.
Officer Troutt, Officer Drown and Officer Compton received a Letter of Commendation from U.S. Marshal Tyreece Miller and Chief Duty Edge on Aug. 14. Authorities said the officers were recognized for their exceptional heroism in the capture of Austin Drummond.
