Mobile man accused of throwing object at police car

MOBILE, Ala. (WKRG) — A Mobile man has been arrested after allegedly throwing something at a passing police car.

According to a Mobile Police Department news release, officers were on patrol in the area of Dauphin Street and Pierpoint Drive at about 9 a.m. on Wednesday when someone threw a wine bottle at their moving car.

The suspect, identified as 29-year-old Dynnie Prince, was arrested without incident and charged with first-degree criminal mischief, public intoxication, and disorderly conduct, the release said. He was taken to Metro Jail.
