17-year-old shot by another teen in altercation at Oswego County home, troopers say

Palermo, N.Y. — A 17-year-old boy was shot Wednesday afternoon by another teen during an altercation at an Oswego County home, according to State Police.

Around 1:30 p.m., troopers responded to a report of a disturbance at a home on Route 49 in Palermo, Trooper Jennifer Jiron said in a news release.
