SAN ANTONIO – A woman is dead after a gun accidentally fired during what police believe was the filming of a social media video early Thursday morning in Downtown San Antonio.
The deadly shooting happened just before 4:30 a.m. off South Flores Street near East Cesar Chavez Boulevard.
